A Portfolio View of Risk
Within the Product Risk Framework, there are various data visualization tools. One of the data visualization views includes a portfolio view. It enables the management and project team to evaluate the amount of risk across projects, which is a critical element of product development portfolio management.
Using the project risk profile, the team can compare the relative risk of projects in a portfolio (Figure 1), and the composition of risks in a portfolio (Figure 2).
Product risk across the portfolio:

Composition of risks by project can also be useful when you want a more granular view of where the risks reside with a particular project.

The unique value proposition of the Product Risk Framework is to help companies prevent product failure and confidently pursue riskier higher-return projects.
